1. Access tickets for contributors (speakers)

Active contributors to the conference, who are sharing a technical presentation, receive a complimentary Speaker Access Ticket with unlimited functionality to all available content, archives and features of the online conference.

 

2. Prices for delegate access tickets

The prices for delegate access tickets depend on the package chosen and the time of booking. Detailed information on different pricing options and discounts are announced on the main website. 

 

3. Registration and payment method for delegate tickets

Registration and payment procedures are automatized and handled via our partner Hopin/Stripe. The amount is due upon the time of registration and must settled directly by credit card.

 

SEPA bank transfer is also an option: If you wish to make use of this option, please contact our sales service by email and state your booking request: contact@bluedelta.net Please include your detailed contact data. You will then receive an invoice by email with detailed instructions for payment by SEPA bank transfer. 

Once your payment has been processed, the registration is confirmed.

4. Cancellations by delegate, no-show, and refund

We do not offer any refund in case of booking cancellation by the confirmed delegate, or no-show of the confirmed delegate. 

5. Substitution policy for delegates

A substitution of a confirmed delegate is possible. We kindly ask to notice us before the start day of the event.

6. Virtual venue and technical requirements

 

The live event will be hosted and delivered by Blue Delta via hopin.com. This event platform is easy and intuitive to use for attendees, but please note that Blue Delta cannot take any responsibility or provide assistance if your device or company network cannot connect to the event platform for technical reasons. If such technical problems occur, please refer to the documentation offered for attendees by hopin.com, or contact your company's IT help desk.

7. Recordings archive access

Speakers, sponsors and holders of paid tickets are eligible to access the recordings archive. The archive will be made available on this website one day after the event has ended. Once the archive is available, you will receive an email with your password and detailed access instructions. Please consider our fair use policy:  1) The access to the archive is unlimited in time. 2) You may share the access among your direct colleagues, but not allowed to share it with people outside your company.

8. Program changes

Changes in the event program (e.g. cancellation or substitution of confirmed speakers, titles and topics of presentations, or other online program components; alterations of time schedule) can be made by Blue Delta at any time due to reasons beyond our control or for other necessities. Any changes will be announced by Blue Delta as soon as possible. We do not offer any refund in case of any changes. 

9. Cancellations, refund policy, and general responsibilty

In case the conference must be completely cancelled without substitution, contract fees paid will be refunded by 100%. We do not accept any responsibility for any damages or loss as a result of changes or cancellation of the event.
