Access tickets for contributors (invited speakers)

Active contributors to the conference, who are giving a technical presentation, receive a complimentary Access Ticket with unlimited functionality to all available content, archives and features of the online conference.


Prices for access tickets

The prices for delegate access tickets depend on the package chosen and the time of booking. Detailed information on different pricing options are announced on the main website. 


Payment for Standard Access Tickets

After your booking inquiry has been received, we will send you an invoice with detailed terms and payment instructions within 2 working days. The amount is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be settled within 5 working days. Payment is possible via SEPA bank transfer or credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and JCB. After your payment has been successfully processed, the booking is complete and you will receive a binding confirmation. In case the payment is failed, we reserve the right to prohibit access to the event or cancel the booking at any point of time.


Cancellations by delegate, no-show, and refund

We do not offer any refund in case of booking cancellation by the confirmed delegate, or no-show of the confirmed delegate. 

Substitution policy for delegates

A substitution of a confirmed delegate is generally possible. We kindly ask to notice us reasonably in advance, before the start of the event.

Program changes

Changes in the event program (e.g. cancellation or substitution of confirmed speakers, titles and topics of presentations, or other online program components; alterations of time schedule) can be made by Blue Delta at any time due to reasons beyond our control. Any changes will be announced by Blue Delta as soon as possible. We do not offer any refund in case of any changes. 


Cancellations, refund policy, and general responsibilty

In case the conference must be completely cancelled without substitution, contract fees paid will be refunded by 100%. We do not accept any responsibility for any damages or loss as a result of changes or cancellation.
